About Tyler
Hi, I’m Tyler Winick, and I’m passionate about guiding others to re-member the truth of who they are.
At 28, I had a profound awakening, which marked the beginning of my path toward self-discovery and transformation. That experience—and the tools I’ve practiced since—showed me there was a better way to live. Initially, I sought this work to end my suffering, but what I found instead was my true self.
With 11 years of sobriety and nearly a decade of mentorship, my path has included countless moments of awakening.
The work I’m doing now—with Tahüm, (Re)Member Records, and here at Garden of True Self—is a direct result of these practices.
It’s an honor to walk this path and offer the wisdom I’ve gathered, knowing that this work is not just for me—it’s for all of us.

Over the past nine years, my routine has morphed and expanded as I’ve incorporated various practices, tools, and methods that resonate with me.
The beauty of this work lies in its adaptability—focusing on foundational practices like Harnessing Intent and Energy Sealing while layering in other practices that fit your needs and lifestyle. Here, I share how I tailor my practices for different situations and time constraints.

When time allows, this extended practice is my favorite. Dedicating up to 2.5 hours in the morning leaves me feeling incredible, with benefits that seem to compound over time.
